Hi Dave,   No, you would not SEE a bill SPECIFICALLY AND SEPARATELY for aides (under Medicare) paying agencies NOW (since 1999) because agencies are paid ONE LUMP SUM per month for services per individual.  The agencies can distribute that sum anyway they like during any said month.   Sure, I'll look that up for you.  Been awhile since I've had my handbook out & handy but I'll try and find IT AND the page numbers.  I remember seeing it specifically when we lived in Virginia (state doesn't matter).  I hope I still kept it.  If not, I'll request a copy again (although they are slow in delivery).   Lori   -------Original Message-------   From: David K.
