Had we not: Sadamned, Uday, Usay and Co. would STILL be torturing, raping, murdering, supplying money to Terrorists, and storing MORE money stolen from the UN Oil for Food program (which would NOT have been uncovered). Libya would STILL be harboring Terrorists and using Iraqi scientists to work on WMD's (including nukes). Syria would STILL be occupying Lebenon. France and Russia would STILL be selling arms illegaly to Iraq. Islamic facists would STILL be training in NE Iraq. And the really big problem of dealing with Sadamned at a later date would probably been ten fold. That money was being put away to restart his weapons programs as soon as the 91 sanctions were lifted. When you warn of "Dire Consequences" you have to back it up with action. That's just the facts.
