Unlike Dr visits, lab tests, etc (which Medicare pays only 80% of the costs) Medicare pays for ALL my home health care (nurses, aides, supplies) and pays 100%. 100% in full. And I've been receiving this care since 1997 - 8 yrs.
Thank God they pay 100% because I can't afford a Medigap supplemental insurance policy. I had one for years but they kept upping the premiums to the point I could not afford the payments.
