If this is all you need to justify a war, then we should invade Iran and Saudi Arabia. Thry too paid bombers families, they both had vastly more to do with terrorists... How many of the 911 guys were Iraqi and how many were Saudi. They both break UN rules. 1000s protested VietNam and they were correct.
