We shouldn't provide health care because it is breaking the bank in our states. Here in California it's a huge problem. As far as using other languages I don't have a problem with it except in businesses and schools because we need one language so that we can all communicate. My teenage kids can't get a job at the local stores unless they are speak spanish and english.
