Aaron,   I go through an agency called "Student Experience," which is basically an agency like you want to start.  My understanding the company was started by a paralyzed female in Grand Rapids, MN that was having trouble with finding PCA's.  She figured she can do a better job finding people then the local agencies so she hires only college people that are going into some type of medical field, that's how she got the name.  I've only been with this agency since last November and truthfully, I'm really impressed with the quality and reliability of the girls that I have.  Student Experience does a complete background check of the people and they try to place the workers to a client that is in their field of schooling.  I have a psychology students going for her doctorate, to physical therapy is going for their doctorate and to nurses going for their majors.  I wish you the best of luck in your new endeavor.   Jim
