I'd say something to try to correct this misunderstanding, but I'm a nasty
old trouble maker.

If you read what I wrote you'd see I agreed they shouldn't get a
bid.
That wasn't the question you said nobody wanted to bid and I just
corrected you.
"There are tons of countries that want to bid on the reconstruction but
unless you're part of the coalition which means if you opposed the war you
don't get a bid.
"I'm not saying that's necessarily wrong" but it would
save us a whole lot of money letting countries that work a whole lot cheaper
do some reconstructing.

for President!
Yeah, Mark and John------you guys have all the world's
answers and complain about it to a small group of QUADS. Go for it-- PREZ and
VICE PREZ. .And Mark, If the CHEAPEST countries should get To Rebuild in IRAQ
. Then why not let the CHEAPEST LABORER"S Come on onto America And TAKE all
the AMERICAN JOB"S ? Many of them will take 100 dollars a week pay to do a 400
dollar a week paying job here. IN IRAQ The U.S.A. and England along with
a few other countries have spent all the money and lives there , And still are
fighting and trying to regain stability... why should other countries that put
us down, now want to profit from rebuilding ? Let THEM invest in soldier
protection and fighting forces for the rebuilders and new government
there.
