The parts are out there, post on the quadsite a list of the parts you need and the type of chair you have.  Many of us keep old w.c. for parts and many people are willing to give parts away.    Wow, thanks. I have an Invacare Action 2001 [that's the year] I need footrests, you know the kind that have the center "posts" instead of an outside arm which holds the foot plate? I need the clearance to make tight corners with my feet.      Bobbie
