The Fannie Mae is a great suggestion. Have you made
contact with your local Independent
Living Center.
They provide a variety of things. They may be able to help you find services
when you get out and into your house. They may also be able to help or refer
you to other agencies that can make sure your investment in your house is
protected. Different types of trusts and funds can affect benefits. You
can find them by contacting your State Independent Living Council. I believe every
state has one and it should be in your State listings in the phone book.
