That's why I always keep a weeks worth of food and water on my person.  lol!  Obviously, there are disadvantages.  But street parking is the only place I might have trouble.  Side entry vehicles can get parked in everywhere else.  When I had my full size side entry, not even the spaces made for side entry vans were big enough.  I also do less street parking than everywhere else.  If i'm downtown, I try to find a structure or the last space on the block.  For me, it's worth it.

I have looked for reentry Caravans and I have always wondered when visiting relatives in stores in the city and you have to parallel park against a high curb, how do you get out of one of those things?  Out in the suburbs or even in the malls or even driving in the country areas I can see the advantage of having one.  If you park in someone's driveway and someone pulls up behind you, how do you get out?  And when you park on a street went high curbs, and the place you are about to visit is in the middle of the block, do you get out in the middle of the street and then roll all the way to the end of the block or the curb cuts are?
