For 20 years I've never been turned at night. I know I should, but I've never had a problem with it. I do have a 6 inch thick foam mattress with the butt area cut out, then I have a gell pad there. It's been great so far. I've been looking at those memory foam mattresses. I might get one of those. I saw one today at Sam's Club, a twin size an inch thick. Looks interesting. Billy  Hi Billy, Check out the Genesis Mattress, I had one for a short while, after I came home from the hospital. It was very comfortable & gently turned you if you set it to turn.
