How fortunate you and your wife are to consider having children. We've had too many quads on this list and others who as male and females have produced healthy, normal children. Dealing with the growing years is a different issue.
Have you consider take with your Uro to get a sperm count? That would be my first start and alot cheaper than starting with a specialist. Once you know that you are both fertile.... start planting and become successful farmers!
