Job Posting: Associate Director of Programs
Access Living of Metropolitan Chicago, a Center for Independent Living, seeks a
full-time Associate Director of Programs to provide substantive support and
back-up to the Director of Programs and Program Department in the areas of
quality assurance, program development and planning, research, grants
administration, and strategic planning.
Key Job Responsibilities include:
· Development and implementation of all evaluation activities (including annual
consumer satisfaction survey, the creation of logic models for grant
applications, consumer follow-up, and evaluation of specific programs and
targeted outreach efforts); · Collection, analysis, and reporting of quarterly
and annual statistics; · Assisting the Program Director in ensuring effective
management and administration of the Program Department; and · Linking Access
Living’s membership initiative to program department activities, and recruiting
a membership base that reflects Access Living’s consumer base.
Qualified candidates should have considerable outcome measurement and program
evaluation experience, in addition to at least three to four years experience
working with the disability community. An understanding of independent living
philosophy and first hand knowledge of disability is preferred.
