IMO, we American's are spoiled rotten.  We get depressed over very little things compared to what others in the world must live with on a daily basis.  Tired of bullshit, then stop spreading it.  Trust me, none of us on this list are so underprivileged as to have any real issues to be depressed over for an extended period of time.   We all have ups and downs, but our ups and downs are nothing. Definitions of depression on the Web: a mental state characterized by a pessimistic sense of inadequacy and a despondent lack of activity Depression is when you become so self-involved that all you see is yourself and no one else.   My cure for depression: Find something that has nothing to do with how you benefit yourself and go do it.  There is always someone or something worse off than yourself.  If you cannot think of things to do at your level, then ask.  I'm certain each of us can come up with at least three things that you can go do. And though life is tough for us think of these poor mizerable souls. We just got to try and get by the best we can until our creator decides our time on earth is finished. I go thru highs and lows a lot, I think we all do....you'll be in my prayers.                                                                                  Dan
