[QUAD-L] About Cranberry fruit capsuals and concentrate capsuals

Hey all, I take cranberry fruit capsuals fairly often.........well my wife went to pick up more but bought cranberry concentrate capsuals by accident.....Do any of you know if either are just as good ? I drink cranberry juice and take the cranberry capsuals.........still not sure if any of this helps  lol.  I'm always colonized with bacteria but rarely get bad symptoms....only smelly urine and bad abdominal pains and cramps, but my doctors do not want to treat so I just do what I think may help.,.... anyway.......Is there much difference between the cranfruit or the cranberry concentrate??   P.S. Sorry to hear about your bacteria troubles Lori-- we are still in the same boat with that. I may try the Acetic Acid Flush been a while since I have done this.... I buy it ready made but it's only sterile water and vinegar.                                                                                                                    Dan
