I believe I wrote to him a couple of months ago and let him know people were asking about him. I forwarded his response and if my memory serves me correctly, he indicated he was extremely busy right now and was occasionally keeping up with a list through the archives. I miss his sage outlook, even if I didn't agree with every point of view. His robust vocabulary, what I like to refer to often as you walking thesaurus, gave me renewed inspiration to continue my endeavors in improving my vocabulary.
