I was worried so I didn't go out for a couple of days and they went away for the most part and my skin isn't damaged at all.  I definitely think it was the antibiotics.  Thanks everyone for your feedback.

I get the same red bumps from being out in the sun.  It's almost like a major case of the Goosebumps.
