As for me, the Roho Cushion has been a life saver as for as sores go. 
I've been using it since the early 80's and haven't had any serious
problems since.  Before that I used a gel cushion and had to have flap
surgery during that time.  I've never tried any other kind and probably
won't, as long as it keeps working good for me.

BTW, I never do weight shifts.
