I have found that I am able to keep my quad gut fairly flat if I keep my
weight under control. If I gain weight I usually notice it
appearing. I keep my weight under control with Slim fast for breakfast and
lunch with the regular meal at dinner. I mostly eat grilled fish (orange
roughly), green beans or asparagus, salads every night and a lot of fresh
fruits.. I use and outdoors George Foreman grill that is great, cooks really
fast and easy for my aid to use and clean. I used a small one in-house
during the winter, but you can use the outdoor ones in your garage, because they
are electric. I also like lean cuisine dinners (there is dark chicken
and green been with red peppers dinner that I really like, if there is not time
to cook for some reason. I don't eat a lot of bread, that is what I cut
out and of course bedtime snacks to keep my weight under control. There
are some pretty good diet snacks and desserts. I especially like Atkins
peanut butter cookies. My downfall is ice cream in the summer, pistachio
almond and Baskin Robbins. We just got a new Baskin Robbins that is really
close to my house. Bad news for my weight control. I don't know what
works for other people?. Always enjoy hearing other
ideas.
