[QUAD-L] Hurricane Katrina: asking for help if possible

Hey guys,   I'm kinda hoping that some of you may be able to help me out.  As you know I've got a close friend who lives in Alabama and I haven't heard from here since the hurricane struck.  I know I can't expect immediate contact because of lack of power and all that but to be honest I don't know what way to turn or anything to try and find out if she's ok or not.  Is there any way or chance that any of you guys can try and track her down your end?  Anything any of you can do no matter how big or small it is, I'd appreciate your help so much.  Even if it's just keeping your ears open for her   Love Smurf xxx
