I've seen that occur even in the best areas of this fine country. People have personalities. Some good. Some, not so good. There will always be cursing a-holes, in life. They often make life unpleasant for others who work and live around them. It just doesn't happen in the South. I've seen it in South America and Europe. That's life, lol W
