You should be contacting your RX Doctor to reduce the amount you are taking.
Those sight effects can be counter productive and your doctor must know what 
it is doing to you... and for you.
Don't give your doctor an excuse of not being contacted.  If they are not 
there,
make sure that you leave word with the nurse and office staff of your effects,
and further orders.
