Eric, Gabe had several made at Schwab Stamps. P.O. Box 26069, Milwaukee, Wisc. 53226. 1-800-935-9877. They are pretty cheap and work very well. They are self inking so he doesn't need to use a pad.

My legal signature is an X. Should I just have the X put on it or X and my name after it? Here's another question for you legal eagles. Right now, my parents have power of attorney. I did it way back years ago. At the time, it was just easier to let them sign things for me. I really wasn't in the right frame of mind to put a pen in my mouth and sign paperwork up to my ass. Lately though, it has become a pain in the ass as I've found myself in situations where I need something signed and my parents aren't around. Anyway can use the stamp or do I have to have my parents power of attorney rescinded first. Thanks Eric
