If you're taking antibiotics they can cause bad rashes down there.
I found eating a cup of yogurt(yuck) every other day solved this for me.

For you guys, and maybe gals too, what do you do for a sweaty crotch? This is the first year I've had this issue of constant redness and rashes.
I've been washing and applying several different things; Desatin, baby powder, neosporin, etc. But it won't go away. I'm sweating so much from that area that my pants are actually damp by nighttime. It is so sensitive to touch that I spasm violently and sweat from my head and shoulders during cleaning and applying medicine. (Slight AD included)
Looking for any new ideas...
