Silas, I don't use a condom cath at all anymore because my bladder will not void at all. When I did I used whatever was cheapest and made sure it had the anti-twist bulb at the end. I always added some extra adhesive as well, Skin-bond. I could never get them to stick without it. It is almost impossible to re-use a condom cath. Gets pricey, I know. Take care.
