Use the PASS Program to purchase you one like I did.
If school or job is in the future it shouldn't be a problem.
 
There's a link on my website (www.rollin-on.org) you can click on that let's you fill out your plan on your computer and print it out and send it in.
Remember they will help you get it right if something needs to be changed and they call back within 10 days to discuss your Plan to Achieve Self Support.
