Hi Diane,

I thought so too and I explained HOW DIFFICULT
it is for me to get on and especially off x-ray tables
since hoyers don't go under them.  And an ultrasound
can be done in my recline/tilt chair.

But he said that CT scans do show more and why (can't recall).

But we told all this to the lady who sets it all up and she's going to
call the facility to see if they have the man power to help me on/off
but for me it's more than that.

They'll get back to me on that too and, if unable to accommodate me, they'd
make other arrangements.

I forgot to ask him another important thing even with my list with me (geez)
and have a call into him now to tell him.  When he calls back I'll ask him again
why a CT rather than an ultrasound.

Anyone else have one over the other for a certain reason?
Or any other questions on tests I should ask?

Thanks for responding Diane!

Why do you have to have a CT to detect a stone? Wouldn't an ultrasound do? Should be cheaper.
