That was my experience in N. Virginia. *All* my aides were African American (most new from Ethiopia or Guana). I think they thought AMERICA OWED THEM or something. If they had to do ANY more than a bed bath ... never seen again.
With MEDICARE Agencies that holds true for anyone (aide) now. Criminal!
I've found Hispanics to be hard workers since my 5-yr-stint here near the border. My GEM of an aide is
staying with me through thick or thin and she's only 23!
