Hi all,

I sleep on my side all night with no problems with sores. Once I'm
situated in bed (and chair), I hate being moved. I also have a waterbed,
but it's not the kind that moves around a lot. It has 4 water tubes with
a mattress on top. I also can't sleep when I'm hot, so I have a remote
control fan set up. With my good arm, I can get the remote to my mouth
and turn it on. It is great because I use to lay awake not wanting to
wake anyone up and now I don't have to. I will wake up hot almost every
night, even if it's freezing outside. I've been like that since my
injury.
