not done so, read this article below: Jerry Craig


Studies have shown that the flu shot has decreased death from the flu among the elderly by................0% .  Yes, the flu shot has not saved a single elderly person's life to date - at least not that anyone can measure.  Furthermore, the chances of a person under age 60 dying of the flu are so slim, they can't even measure whether or not the flu vaccine could save your life, because it happens so rarely, literally millions of people would have to be involved in a clinical trial to determine if it saved any lives at all.  Plus, getting a flu shot only reduces your chance of getting the flu from 23% to 19%.  (And if they guess wrong about which strains will be circulating this year, which has happened a few times over the past 10 years, it won't reduce your chances at all.)   Just something to think about before you run out and get a flu shot this year.
