POMEGRANATE- To humans, what a black walnut is to squirrels.
Pomegranates have much more to offer people with SCI, than cranberries.

Its that time of the year and if you haven't tried the taste of a pomegranate,
make sure that you add it to your list of things to do.

A spoon of pomegranate juice, is worth a bog of cranberries, but messy to cut
and eat, but worth the effort if you can try it.

1.  Cut the top from the pomegranate
2.  Peel the skin away like you would an orange
3.  Start enjoying the pomegranate, often called an "Indian Apple."
