Ain't this quad shit a bunch of shit, having to depend on someone for
everthing sucks. I did the same thing when ordering the extrem, the
salesman said everything was ordered like I wonted. It came with no
back, and regular arm rest. I called the company and they told me
they didn't do backs, that I would get one through my local vender. Well
my vender put one on he had at no charge, but I had to pay for the arm
rest. I went round and round with the company, they basically told me
tough shit. They made me pay upfront before they would order it, now I
see why. Hell won't be hot enough for some of them pricks. Good

Yesterday I ordered a new power chair, it only took 2 1/2 OMG!
And I studied before hand!! On top of that Medicaid might send me a
recycled chair. I HATE THIS CRAP!! I don't even know what I ordered with all
the questions. How do I know if it's going to be all right any way? The
demo's didn't help at all because they were not set up to how I would have
the chair anyway. I'm just overwhelmed.
