People who accept these kinds of chairs, without the benefit of a certified evaluation by a licensed OT really scare me. Often the glitter of the gold is more important than the true value of their actual physical needs. This person needs to be evaluation for positioning by someone who is certified and hope that a custom back will fit the Permobil chair. Best Wishes W
