Nothing but a hat, I find if I have anything on my arms, it feels all bunched up. My am tend to bend up and it gets all wrinkled around the inside of my elbows. Plus, why risk sleeping on a wrinkles under my butt from PJ's. I often wear a soft fleece hat. It keeps my ears warm. If not, I often wake up with my blankets over my face trying to cover my ears. As goes my ears, goes my body (as far as cold goes.) Greg What do you guys/gals wear to bed? I have a hard time finding Po's for winter. I use oversized T-shirts in the summer.     Bobbie
