Hi, I wear a piece of guaze cut to the center then taped on around the supra-pubic area---how do you wear the drain sponge ? is it the same, just cut and fit it around the tube over the hole?  Just curious about the sponge-- wondering if it may be better than taping on guaze pads.                               Thanks, TA                       Dan
