Hey People,   Hope your all well?!  I've finally got my laptop up and running once again after I somehow caught a virus which changed all my internet settings so I've had to back my files up, run the recovery disk then start putting programmes back on again.  Lucky me have had 450 emails to check out, so to help save time etc I'm doing a "all in one" email so I can get up to speed with you all!   So for the newbies here's a bit about me!  I'm Smurf (real name Sarah) and I'm 21 from the UK.  I've been a para after a combination of a fall and a road accident in March 2002, but ontop of that I've also got a neurological condition plus a joint condition.  Other than that and a couple of other bits I'm as fit as a fiddle! lol   Anyway's, hope your all well, and I shall be going through all the emails I have to see what you've all been up to!   Chat soon,   Love Smurf xxx
