Hi Bill,
I'm with you with my concerns about the effects of long term
narcotic use, but do have some Codeine in my safe that I have
access to if needed. If I have to get it out of my safe to use it, it
makes me think more about using a narcotic and its effects on my
body and quality of life before I use it. I believe the decision to use
a drug, or herb, is an individual choice best left to each person to make
on their own. Whatever works must be the right choice. :-)

Hydracodone is vicadin. May I ask: Aren't any of you who
take such heavy narcotics worried about the effects of long-term use?
They can seriously impair judgement, resflexes, bowel function and liver and
kidney function. I'm not being judgemental. I took vicadin and
other drugs for years. I kicked them after some bowel trouble and both
legs being amputated due to diminished circulation caused by drug use.
