Once I get that shakey tingling cold, I don't
usually feel warm until the next morning, But my shoulder pain goes away
very fast. Like last night I was hurting so bad my arms were shaking and my chin
was chattering, just from pain. Once I layed down, I fell asleep.

sleeping affect your arm cold sensations? If I fall asleep cold, (half the
time the cold sensations keep me from sleeping) sometimes I'll wake up feeling
much better. Sometimes not. However, if I wake up cold, I'll feel
that way all day till I sleep again.
