Hi Mare,
How long has this been happening? Sometimes a change in meds will cause this to happen. If it is something that is an ongoing situation, I would suggest try getting more fiber into your diet. Good luck.

All that knowledge is fine & dandy but isn't worth sh*t if it doesn't work for some. That, unfortunately, would be me. When the Magic Bullet fiasco of 18 months ago (couldhardly get them anywhere, anyhow) I was forced to try something as quick & as good & asefficient.Enemeez had me going HOURS (3,4,5...) after insertion. I was messing the bed witha wound at the time. It's unpredictability FOR MY SYSTEM cost me dearly.Thank god the Bullets are back!Lori MichaelsonAge - 41C4/5 complete quad, 26 years postTucson, AZ-------Original Message-------From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]Date: 12/13/05 16:49:56Subject: [QUAD-L] Enemeez, Enemeez Plus and Docusol UPDATEEnemeez, was first introduced 15 years ago under the name of THEREVAC andTHEREVAC SB, as non-irrating product for bowel management programs. It wasintroduced to the 5 major Rehab Hospitals for Spinal Cord Injury Rehab and was theonly product used for years. It was easy, quick acting and produced very goodresults.Unfortunately, government insurance, would not pay for it once the personleft rehab.Gov only paid for Ducolux. For those with private insurance that approved the product, they were thelucky ones.Back about 4-5 years ago, the original manufacturers, in St. Louis, solditself to a company in Arizona who remarketed the product at Enemeez and EnemeezPlus. The product consists of an emual that is snip'd at the top. The nozzle isinserted intothe rectum and its contents is squeezed from the emual and then discarded.Reactiontime varies from almost immediate to a couple of minutes, with bowel programsreduced to 15-30 minutes.... for the active, working quad. The product is consider superior over the Dukes as it generally doesn'tproduceGhost Bowel movements.... when you are not prepared.Hope this helps. Check out their website for additional details.WIn a message dated 12/13/05 5:36:00 PM, [EMAIL PROTECTED] writes:<< Can anyone tell me how each of these products work, as I am not familiaranyof them.
