Good Luck Houston. St. Louis has a CIL called, ParaQuads in the downtown area. Contact them for housing info. But based on a few trips I made in the last 24 months, prices are soaring in St. Louis, as investors are buying out the local slums, gutting the buildings and then building condos and townhouses. It appears that everything downtown, where all the action is, is going further South for housing. I hope you do your homework on housing and service providers before leaping into the flames. W
