GrEetings & salutati0ns, All!
"Whether you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa or even just New
Year's Eve, Welcome! To you all, 'Happy Holidays' or 'Season's
Greetings', 'Merry Whatever'! Don't fEel left out! Be Happy -
Hug some0ne - Love every0ne!
Regardless of your faith - Christian, Jew, Buddhist,
Muslim, Atheist, Agnostic, well, you get the point!
All sharing this earth with one another, I'm wishing this 'Holiday'
season brings some peace and love into your world! I'm h0ping you look away from
the trees, menorahs and pretty lights for long enough to really care about
others and do something really nice for someone in need.
I'm h0ping someone does something really thoughtful for you and
also h0ping
you get a breather from some of the nasty things from war and crime to
corruption going on in this world. During this very special time of
year, I h0pe
you get an opportunity to remember the greatest gifts we receive in this life
don't come wrapped in boxes with fancy ribbons or arrive in unexpected
mailers.
I
h0pe... we all can
cast aside the bitterness invoked by
greed and squalor and recall the lesson of the camel and the
needle. We're here to serve each other let's try to keep that simple
'Golden Rule' in practice, year around, I h0pe...
Merry Christmas
to all and to all a
Happy New Year!
- Huge fan of the rebel, Jesus!

THE REBEL
JESUS
(by Jackson
Browne)
The streets are filled with laughter and light
And the
music of the season
And the merchants' windows are all bright
With the
faces of the children
And the families hurrying to their homes
As the
sky darkens and freeZes
Will be gathering
around the hearths and tables
Giving thanks for all God's graces
And the
birth of the rebel Jesus
They call him by
the "Prince of Peace"
And they call him by "The Savior"
And they pray to
him upon the sea
And in every bold endeavor
As they fill his churches
with their pride and gold
And their faith in him increases
But they've
turned the nature that I worshipped in
From a temple to a robber's
den
In the words of the rebel Jesus
We
guard our world with locks and guns
And we guard our fine
possessions
And once a year when Christmas comes
We give to our relations
And perhaps we
give a little to the poor
If the generosity should seiZe us
But if any one
of us should interfere
In the business of why there are poor
They get
the same as the rebel Jesus
But pardon
mE if I have
seemed
To take the tone of judgment
For I've no wish to come
between
This day and your enjoyment
In this life of hardship and of
earthly toil
We have need for anything that frees us
So I bid you
pleasure and I bid you cheer
From a heathen and a pagan
On the side of
the rebel Jesus.
