No exercising here though it would be nice if I
had the moolah! In the past I really didn't look out for myself and have
actually had a few brushes with ol' Grim but I guess my ugly mug scared him
away. ;-) Nowadays I do try to take of myself - take a multi-vitamin, drink lots
of water, keep up a good protein, vitamin c and zinc intake (helps promote
healthy skin), and I take measures to avoid respiratory ailments which are a big
killer of quads my level. Another thing I think is important is having a busy,
healthy mind. I'm constantly reading, writing or surfing online keeping as
mentally active as I can.
