Friends ... yes!   We began early in the month watching all the Christmas Classic movies to get into the spirit!   So, beginning a month ago, we watched a Christmas DVD twice or thrice a week.  Besides SCROOGED, our collection of DVDs and our viewings have been:   A Christmas Carol (with Henry Winkler); The Bishop's Wife; A Christmas Carol (with George C. Scott); It's a Wonderful Life; The Polar Express (great movie!); A Christmas Carol (with Patrick Stewart); and The Chronicles of Narnia (the first in trilogy via the BBC on DVD) and others in that order!   And then, last Thursday or Fri?, A CHRISTMAS CAROL on AMC (with Alister Sim <-- a favorite!)   We can't believe that every day for several days we have been showered with oodles of gifts and surprises from friends and family all over!!!  Long distance :o)     Someone gave us the gift of a Prime Rib dinner from our local Safeway to be picked up on Christmas Eve and enjoy in the comfort of our own home!  A delightful surprise indeed!       Cash has arrived periodically in envelopes!  An always welcome gift ! to fill our own stockings with what we needed or wanted!   We were invited to some friends on Christmas Eve who fixed a huge feast.   The Prime Rib yesterday was exceptionally good!  And then we were on the phone most all day with family all over the country.   We're still taking pictures!   So, a great holiday this year indeed!   Lori Michaelson Age - 41 C4/5 complete qua! d, 26 years post Tucson, AZ         -------Original Message-------   From: David K.
