That's a loaded question.  "Good help" for quads is almost an oxymoron.  There are aide angels & demons
everywhere.  AZ included. That goes for aides, nurses, Drs, hospitals, etc.  I'd think Houston, TX
would be great for many things by having the largest medical complex in the world.
 
It all depends, AS YOU MUST KNOW, on your resources, eligibility, needs and
much more.  The work ethic in this country has gone wayyyyyyy downhill and many of us find that good help
is a rare commodity.

You mean the weather here?  If so .... it's helped me tremendously!  Unsure how I lived
with my pain in cold NY.
 
But neuropathic pain varies so much ... hard to say.  The cold hurt me though by being tense 90%
of the time!
