Hi Greg,
I went to Barrows in '76 after my SCI to have Tongs put in for spinal reaction. They were a top-of-the-line place even back then, but I still had problems with the right bolt coming loose and having to have the whole pair of Tongs replaced. It could happen anywhere I suppose. I did my rehab at Banner Good Samaritan, and they were good there, too. I knew some good people from St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center because that was where my boys went while growing up. I think you'll find Barrows is a good place to get a MRI.

Since I've moved to AZ, I've only seen a regular doc and a pain doc to get my prescriptions. But now they are talking about getting some updated MRI's and things. I live close to a hospital, but they have no SCI specialists, etc. So they would like me to go to the Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix. Luckily I can get my MRI's done at the local place and get them sent over to Barrows.Has anyone here been to the Barrow Neurological Institute? The doc said it is one of the top centers for this kind of thing. Thanks, Greg
