I just bought a heated blanket and it helps a lot but I have to turn it off after awhile or I'll get too hot. I also have a remote control ceiling fan when I get hot and the combination seems to work great.
I also have a neck buddy that you heat in the microwave that helps alot too.

Sometimes when I'm real cold in bed, I put the heating pad up on my
shoulders where I can feel good. But, I never go to sleep with it on. I
always wake up hot sometime in the middle of the night, no matter how
cold it is outside. Is anyone else like that? It seems I'm either hot
OR cold....annoying.
