hmmm... green tea? i'll have to give that a try. cranberry pills give me problems, urologist said the acid may give me trouble.

I take Macrodantin (low dose) also and have for several years.  I haven't
had a UTI for nearly 2 yrs. (knockiing on wood!!).  That's about how long
I've been taking cranberry pills and drinking green tea daily.   But,
whatever is helping, I'm not changing a thing.
