The chances of that happening is remote at best.  Besides the one you mentioned, I only know of one other...... an member of this list, lol. Hope he is doing better. Then they show the driver, a quad. Looked like about a c-5-6. He said his power lock down broke free and he lost control. Luckily people got him out ok and it all ended ok. Greg
