Maybe the nation should take Chicago's recent approach, regarding the H/C
Parking Issue.
In the very begin, only impair'd drivers were issued license plates.
Then as the responsibility was passed on to other agency, the daffinition,
changed and changed, until you see what you are seeing now with substance abuse,
bi-polar and heavy drinkers being issued both
H/C plates and placards. It only (sits) to reason that pregnant women....
and men be allowed
the same privilige. Just pray for the full circle to cycle very
quickly.
