I too agree that the human body could have been designed a little bit better.  Who would ever install a septic system, next to a reproducing factory, lol.   Make sure that your primary doctor is aware of the bleeding hemroids.  Being very clean is most important and that area should be properly cleaned after a bowel movement. Dried Feces, can inflame the situation and make matters worse. Prep H is good for lube, but being clean first is more important. See your doctor if it does get worse.
